Cinema Cafe

Went here for the first time to see Top Gun: Maverick. Bought tickets ahead of time online and followed the instructions to arrive 20-30 mins prior to the show. It was an 8:15pm showing and when we got there early, there was no staff to instruct us. We figured it out and were the first ones to our theater. However, I recommend showing up at the last minute because we still were one of the last to get our order taken and to receive our food. However, the service and food was good enough that I can only knock one star off. The r3clinig chairs are comfy a little loud and the sound was decent. I will probably give this place another try but if I have the same experience ordering and receiving food, I will not return.

This is our go to movie spot! With 2 kids Cinema Cafe makes it so easy! Cheap tickets, recliner seats, good food, and great staff!

The food here is always on point. The only thing I could see improving would be if the waiters were just a hint better at listening. As long as you don't mind having to repeat requests, you can trust the food and drinks will always be good. The seats are better than basic theaters, but could use a little love. Overall, still one of my favorite movie theaters!

My favorite movie spot for years now. It's mostly clean. The customer service is friendly. The prices are average. I believe they charge by location though. I do know for sure that you can reserve your seat. They even have a bar. And when it's busy the line still moves fast. The seats are comfortable. The food is good. Surround sound bangs. It ticks all the boxes. Enjoy myself every time I go.

The atmosphere is comfortable and high end. Sound was perfect. I love that the theater seating is ample and not crowded...seats recline. I had the grilled cheese and tomato bisque but my soup was luke warm when it was served; I prefer piping hot soup. Even so the flavor was really good.

Gabe was an awesome server! Even though he was responsible for a large section, he made sure to greet each person individually and really made my friends and I feel taken care of. Our food came out quickly, and he was sure to fix any issues with haste. Overall great experience! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

My family & I had a great time here! The seats were comfortable & they even have a built in tray for your food. All the staff were kind & friendly. The video quality is top notch & so is the sound. This is now my favorite theatre.

GREAT UPGRADE!! This was the 1st time in the movie theater since the upgrade to the reclining chairs with the tray; they were very comfortable and the best thing since Covid, but if you are a bigger person, it's hard to get pass the tray because it goes back only so far and the 4 chairs could be separated because you do rub arms with the person sitting beside you. The food and drinks are still good, but the prices have went up! It's still a great place to look at a movie!

I like this location! Tasty food and drinks! Table trays are often sticky and the wait staff is definitely slow, but I come for the movies! Love the renovation they did a few years back so the seats recline. A good movie spot!

Went to see Lyle, Lyle Crocodile today. This was our first time at the Kemps River location and the staff there was very pleasant! We were greeted by Dr. Mark and he was helpful and very kind. When you are greeted like this you know your experience is going to be wonderful! Our server was Lucas and he was very efficient with getting our orders. He made sure we were okay the entire time. Oh, and the theater was very clean. After the movie, Dr. Mark even asked us how the movie was. Overall, the experience was the best and we will be recommending this location to family and friends!
