Cinemark Perkins Rowe

Its my preferred movie theatre. It is in a good location, and they renovated not too long ago. The stadium seats have been replaced with electric recliners similar to the Movie Tavern, so you can watch the movie in comfort not cuddling with some stranger. You have typical theatre snacks and food. They may even have hamburgers and wings. I prefer to eat before or after the movie I watch, at one of the resturants by the theatre.

Never under any circumstances sit in the front row. The seats are maybe one yard from the screen. You will not be able to see anything at all. It is not like other theaters where the front row is not right in front of the screen. They have assigned seats. I only went for my woman. While the seats are nice, the seats do not recline back so you will be looking straight up all night to see anything.

Always a little dirty. Feels like the staff would rather be anywhere else but servicing you. The reason for the 4 stars is due to their unrivaled sound and screen quality.

Awesome theater. Comfortable recliner seats, assigned seats so you know exactly where you will sit, huge rows so you don't have to move when someone goes to the restroom mid film. Great experience overall.

I watched around 10 movies here, by now. If you are looking for the best experience, go for XD screens, as the sound quality is far better than the normal screens. 3D screens and many of the 2D screens also have good acoustics and bigger screens. I couldn't satisfy myself watching the same movie on one of the 2D screens after I had watched it on XD.
