Cinnabons were good. Line to the back of the mall while employee sat on the floor in his phone.
Very good service but unfortunately I was sold a pack of the mini cinnabon’s and they weren’t fresh at all. They were old tasting, weren’t soft, and were dried out. Flavor was still good of course, but I was disappointed to bring that to a business meeting. I will shop here again and hope this is just a mistake. please do not sell old baked goods.
Delicious warm Cinnabons with good service and minimal waits.
Some of the best in the market. Only better is make your own.
It’s was so busy and the two ladies were absolutely getting it done 30 minutes before the mall closed the line was at least 20 deep and I patiently waited because I was intrigued by how awesome they were doing I thought for sure by the time it was my turn they would be out, so close to closing time. They don’t have a Cinnabon close to me and I was in Milwaukee for the day and had to stop and get some to take home, but to my surprise it was my turn and the lady pulled out a 4 pack and lathered some frosting on it and she was very pleasant even though they were extremely busy. Hands down best customer service and notice the time on the pic 10 minutes before closing and still working hard. Nikki and Shalea were a great team
She was talking to her co-worker and didn't want to wait on me. She finally served me. Roll was good.
C/S is Great! Fresh, yummy buns made all day. Easy to get to inside the mall. Take a 6 pack home & devour. If you microwave to reheat, watch the time & temp or you'll scorch them easily.
I've only been to airport cinnabons until now and it was definitely better than the airport kiosks
A few years ago they had great staff and fresh inventory, but the last time 2018 I felt that because I was white I was overlooked and not welcome. Staff didn't seem to care about work, extremely poor listeners.
I had the Cinnabon 2 days straight. Didn't like the services. CINNABON DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH OF THE ICING, THEN THE GUY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE.
