For $5 a roll, I expect a thick and gooey cinnamon roll smothered in frosting. Instead, I received two rolls vastly different with one having just a light spread of frosting and the other pretty bare. Layers were thin on both. I recommend everyone just buy the fresh cinnamon rolls at the Costco bakery.
We just discovered that Cinnabon was on island so went for birthday treats. 3-stars for poor customer service and product. The cashier didn't acknowledge us as we approached, wasn't at all friendly or engaging as we ordered our two minibons, indicated to choose a tip option which I did reluctantly, and then gave an odd look when I asked for two forks and two knives. We walked away discussing the mental struggle I clearly had deciding whether or not to tip, then came to find one of the minibons was half-sized! They tasted delicious and it could be one cashier that needs stronger training hence 3-stars. I will certainly be back but I won't feel obligated to tip and will definitely check the box before walking away!! Visit 12/9/22 approx 6:35p. Accepts Apple Pay.
Absolutely not a healthy food choice… But who cares. You should have a favor for cinnamon though. It is always worth a stop. The only thing that would make the eating experience better would be steel cuttlery.
I came here whenever I get that craving! They let me pick the one I want everytime . The service is cool. Just one thing, try not to leave the raw dough out on the cutting board too long for the flies to feast. Other than that I love my cinnabons.
Omg this was good. I got the mini just enough sweets for me
11/4/21. Vacationing in Hawaii, I was glad to see a filmilar favorite. I was delighted to find the texture of these cinnobons were softer and melted in your mouth and you could easily peel the layers of the buns to dip in Hawaiian ice or coffee. In New York they are as hard as hell, they break if you try to peel them apart. Taking some back to main land! Delicious! 4 for $14.
The service was great here! Very helpful and gracious, offered suggestions too. Try the Macadamia nut or Pecan Cinnamon Rolls - yummy
The picture is from the parking lot view. You can use that to avoid the food court chaos and go right into cinnabon. It is close to the trolley stop. Delicious fresh cinnamon rolls! Cant go wrong with the classic. The staff was nice as well. Will return, aloha!
Sad little bit of frosting on their buns! This picture it's what it looks like coming straight out the box. #falseadvertising
A bit pricey, but these cinnamon rolls are delicious…
