My experience with CIRCA was great. I met with Robin who was upfront and honest about the process. I was initially expecting a higher value for my items but Robin presented an reasonable offer which I thought was fair offer. I would definitely recommend their services to family and friends.
Working with Robin was a joy. She is a true professional and took the time to explain to me how and why she was 'doing-what-she-was-doing' as she went about evaluating the value of each piece I was selling. I felt I received a fair amount for the items I sold to CIRCA.
Robin was very helpful and knowledgeable, and even though she was unable to make me an offer, I still took some knowledge away from the conversation that we had. I will most definitely recommend their services.

I went online so I could send in a diamond engagement ring,filled out the paperwork took pictures as they requested,on the site it asked if you certification or not,I do not. I was told by a woman I contacted that it didn't matter. I just got an email telling me at this time there is nothing they can do or offer me??????? Really? They did t even look at it!! What a disgusting company,very unprofessional! I don't know why I was treated this way,yet people leaving reviews were treated like royalty and I like a piece of dirt! How dare you!!!!!

I found this outstanding Jewelry broker by accident with a great experience. I was very impressed on my 1st visit with their integrity and professional manners and prompt scheduling. Then it came to evaluation of my jewelries by Lee who was the top Jewelry specialist with experience in jewelries values. I was totally pleased with his judgments in values and prices. That's why I made the second visit for more other jewelries I had inherited. Again, I was totally pleased with his prompt assessments and offer. I recommend CIRXA very highly to those who are in search of a valued experience jewelry specialist who pays top dollar with accuracy in judgments for precious Gold and stones.
I absolutely loved working with Lee Siegel at Circa! It was easy to make an appointment, Lee was extremely helpful and honest, and I felt that I got more than a fair deal. I had a variety of things to sell - gold necklaces, small diamond earrings and a few bracelets. The process was easy and I left with a nice big check. I read the earlier review about the office being cold and empty and no the office isn't high end but the service you will get, in my opinion, is way better than the people who sold me some of my jewelry in the first place. If you have any jewelry that you aren't wearing, no longer want and are looking to sell it go straight to Circa! I can't say enough things about them!
Hats off to you Lee! You do NOT disappoint. Once again you significantly outbid the nearest competitor. Specifically, your offer of $500 was $120 more than the next guy, and $140 more than the lower quote I received. That's 24% BTW. That makes you 3 for 3 in my jewelry selling experience where no one was close to your offer. Not only that, you run your place like clockwork and I was literally in and out in 15 minutes. No waiting, no haggling no gnashing of the teeth. Having been quoted by 7-10 buyers over the years I can say without qualification, you are the BEST, really. Sincerely, Michael A. DeMino
