It is 12:27 in the afternoon and the doors are locked. This has happened before, the staff will close the store when they feel like it and management enables the behavior. No sign on the door with when staff will return. The staff at night have closed the store to take a 2 hr nap in the back before. Different employees working both times.

Service here isnt aweful just slow. While waiting in line I was pleasantly surprised how organized and clean this circle K was.  Not even going to complain about having to listen to the lady yelling on her phone complaining about taxi calls services or about the homeless hanging around outside.

It's convenient because it's across the street.  Workers are always nice. if they just had the xxlarge plastic cups all the time they would of got 5 stars

The most inconvenient store I have ever been to. Something is always broken at this location. Whether it be the drinks, frozen treats, ATM, or the money machine, I can guarantee you that you will most likely waste your time going to this location

Cindy is great. But the new lady they hired small,skinny,glasses is so standoffish. She always has her boyfriend there he doesn’t work there. She never responds when I say ‘hi! How are you?’  Never tells me the total, but is always having a side convo with her boyfriend. She is so rude and barely acknowledges me. It’s been 2-4 weeks and she’s rude everytime. Last week she had Hickeys all over her neck! Will be going to the station across the street everytime she’s working.

So I grew up in this neighborhood and this store is one of the of my favorites up until now I carry a bag pack as a purse and I was told by the young man there that I have to take my bag off and place the display case for the doughnuts nope I'm not doing it there are no signs anywhere tell me that I have to take my bag off here is the things there was a lady in line with a big bag and she didn't have to put her bag there he just targeted me and that's how I feel he even tried to come up to me and try to tell me to take my bag off I showed him that I had money and that wasn't homeless I left and will not go back

The Manger of the store destroyed my ID because he "thought" it was fake and now I have to find out how to contact corporate to do something about it. Never shop here especially if the black Manger is there.

I love this store the cashier in the morning rocks! His name is Robert and he is always so nice and welcoming! I am there in the early morning it's so early morning no one should be as happy as Robert and he has already been there for hours and should be tiered but not him he greets you with a smile. It sets the tone for my day and I appreciate it.

Store is starting to look alot better n smell better. Looks more like a spot u want to go. Guys on Night starting to keep away all the homeless locals n better service

Yesterday. I was harassed by the homeless people you allow to beg outside for change. I live across the street and I hate to come here. You are hot spot for drug and alcohol use. You should not allow your customers to be treated this way. Your staff is over worked or lack proper training. I never see upper management in your stores. I have been to at least 20 Circle K in the valley. They all have had nasty soda machine. Homeless ppl outside your store begging. The bathrooms are unsanitary. Last week I bought a sandwich it was old but they would not return it with the reciept.. Store policy should not be determined by who is currently running the store.  These are easy fixes.  They just require hands on management. You should have a floating manager that recruits and trains for tough areas. I have applied to your store several time. I guess I was overqualified. But what's the alternative? You clearly have gotten what you paid for and it's not good. I hope to see changes soon. You are having a negative effect  on the neighborhood in which I live.
