Circle K

This response is not only for this Circle K, but also for the other Circle Ks with newly installed coffee machines. To date, I have purchased coffee in four different Circle K’s in the south Phoenix area that have installed these machines. And, I experienced the worst tasting coffee from each of these four stores. In my view, who ever decided to install these coffee dispensing machines, is responsible for taking Circle K coffee from the top tier list of great tasting coffee, to below the very bottom tier. The coffee is bitter, not evenly brewed, and has a brownish foam on top that makes it impossible to determine how light/dark it is after adding creamer. The measurements are also off. In each store, I used a large cup, and dispensed a small cup of one type, with room for cream, and another small cup of another type, with room for cream, only to cause overflow of the cup. To be honest, my only reason to set foot in a Circle K was “to pour” a cup of great tasting coffee, and buy a pastry and occasionally other items. So now that I can’t enjoy the simple pleasure of “pouring my very own cup of coffee,” it’s obvious, I have no need for any Circle K.

The best convenience store as far as the employees being friendly and helpful. Even though it is in a rough area I still feel safe there!!

This location has the best coffee, espresso and cappuccino machines in town. I was pleasantly surprised by the other drink options too. The staff was friendly, and the location is clean and bright.

They have signs in their window advertising a price for tobacco that they will not honor at the register... Went this morning and got 5 cans of Copenhagen and was in too much of a hurry to check them, plus there was a line forming with 2 of three cashuers doing nothing to help, and they sold me 2 cans that were 2 months old and one of them was already cut open..... You can't take them back because they'll assume you opened them or are trying to scam them for cans they didn't sell. Next time I'll drive to the QT at 35th & Baseline rather than than try this place again.

straight up had the worst experience here the clerk did not want to give me the credit for the sale they had and then refused to serve me because he was unwilling to figure it out then told me he would criminal trespass me and refused to give me his complaint line number I would never go to this circle k again no wonder its failing and the store smells bad like mildew the fountain drink machines look like they never been cleaned and the rollers.for the grill items were filthy
