I lived there 5 years great place ignore the reviews they probablycouldnt afford rent! Lol Colleen was a great manager she helped me when i needed it!!! Beautiful place and people

Solid place, good deal, high quality mgmt. No issues. Only concern was some college students who like to bump loud music at 10pm in the complex on occasion. Issue with college kids, not mgmt.

The parking here is the biggest problem. You get one assigned parking, which I give to my sister. If you get home after 7pm any day, including weekends you are not going to find parking. I’ve lived here under a year and half of the time I have had to park outside of the complex. And camelback road is constantly under construction.

Don't waste your time, these people are very dishonest, they gave me a quote on Saturday and by Monday they had already increased the rent by 50 dollars not honoring the quote. if this was at the beginning I can't imagine what would it be like once they get you on a 12 month lease.
