Very unprofessional, you're not greeted and the workers are not properly trained. It is your job to inform customers that clearance item are non-refundable especially seeming that it's NOT listed on the receipt. It takes but a second to say "Hey, just a friendly reminder our clearance items are non-refundable, only exchanges or in store credit." And for the (skinny bald headed) key holder on duty, before making rude remarks and laughing make sure the customer is fully out of the door first. Will be contacting corporate!

They have the best shoes you ever wanted to see. And their men section is a whole lot more eye catching than the women section. In the women section most of the clothes are old outdated you know. Too big. And just eeh. They need to work on updating the women section and make it just as good as the men department
