Great working with Patricia Hul! She helped me and my business partner open an account. Patricia answered all of our questions and made some good suggestions. The only negative was another banker in the branch was speaking on the phone very loudly about a customers personal finances because he was excited that he potentially had a high net worth customer on his hands. Respect a customers privacy, have conversations with your coworkers away from other customers ears please!
Cashier Asian Lady was so rude! Never go here!!! Went to get change and she gave me such a hard time. My store didn’t get change until 10 and we just needed some to get us by until then. She was very disrespectful making smart remarks such as “don’t you have someone who brings you change why are you coming here for change” didn’t realize you couldn’t go to the BANK for CHANGE. She needs to be retrained or fired for such poor customer service. It was 8:10am too, Great way to start off both of our Monday’s miss! Citizens Bank is literally the worst bank EVER!!
The manager here hung up on me on the phone. She was rude and would not answer why she couldn't verify an address over the phone. I asked for a reason and she hung up on me. We are a merchant trying to protect Citizens Bank cardholders from fraud. The thanks I got was a dial tone. They tried to refer me to an 800 number, but their 800 number could not verify an address that had just been updated in a local branch. They needed 24 hour overnight cycle to update the 800 number's central computer. Therefore the only way I could verify was with the local branch to help a customer get their product shipped today. I explained this to the manager and she hung up on me.
Poorly designed and staffed! The space is too small to accommodate customer traffic. Two tellers and two ATM's at a major intersection is inadequate, or just dumb. Staff is courteous and professional in spite of the situation.
STOP DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT HERE. I am a middle aged man, who's banked many places before. THIS BANK BY FAR IS THE WORST! I deposited a check using the mobile APP on the 7th of the month, A LEGITIMATE CHECK MIND YOU. This bank will not release the hold until the 16th of the month. A whopping 9 day hold. With today's technology funds can be verified in a matter of minutes! But wait, The kicker is I went to the branch as a concerned customer and the branch manager said" I will not jeopardize my job for you" AKA I will not release the hold as I have full authority to do. I am not pleased with services at all. Long story short, Find another financial institution to invest in..... GOOD RIDDENS. ACOUNT CLOSED.
