Citrine is a wonderful place for skincare and beauty products! They specialize in lovely vegan and cruelty-free products an absolute must for me from top companies. Citrine has a very welcoming and friendly staff, too. Andrea has been helping me with my extremely troublesome adult acne, recommending products and giving me samples to try. She's very kind, pleasant, knowledgeable and fun to work with! A shout out to Lori too, as she is often there when I visit and just as nice. I am amazed that my skin has dramatically cleared and has become much healthier after a couple months on my new skincare regimen. It's really looking great after years of serious problems. My skin is finally glowing on its own without hiding behind pounds of make-up and concealer and keeps getting better.. Sincere thanks for your help Andrea, and for your lovely products, Citrine! I don’t know why I haven’t stopped in sooner. Honestly, I was kind of intimidated by the shop lol Everyone was helpful and I really enjoyed stopping in. They sell only natural products so no matter what you get, you know it’s going to be good. Rather than having to spend an hour sifting through other stores for decent, natural products! I am excited to go back!

Manager is dreadful! She has the biggest EGO I have ever seen and not for any good reason! Owner should see that it’s costing her reputation as a business with mean girl atmosphere. Erin listens and watches your every move and talks to employees as if they’re 10 years old. Not a place to work if you don’t have a thick skin.

My girlfriend exclusively uses skincare/body care products from Citrine. As she will only trust a product if it is Citrine approved. And, they are always adding inventory which makes holidays much easier! Their staff are really helpful as I have emailed with customer service questions in the past. They are also really knowledgable about the products, as I am not! Thank you Citrine!

I visited Citrine this weekend and was helped by Sarah L. I’m SO glad I came in! Sarah helped me find the perfect products for me, and she patiently answered my MANY questions about them and helped me learn to apply them perfectly. She took extra time to understand what kind of makeup regimen I was looking for I’m a young professional and was looking for a simple everyday work look and expertly picked out products for me. One of the products was out of stock due to covid supply issues, so she took a note of the product name so I could easily purchase it when it came back in stock. After finishing up with Sarah, I loved my new makeup so much that I immediately brought my sister back into the store with me, and Sarah helped her find a perfect SPF moisturizer and concealer!

After realizing that the store is within a reasonable distance to where I would be staying while visiting AZ I was intent on visiting and I had a great experience. They have a great selection of many of the well known green/clean brands for skin care, body care, and makeup and the sales associate Vanessa was fantastic! She was more than willing to help me color match a few makeup products I was interested in and was honest with her thoughts and opinions on what seemed to suit me best. I was also able to get samples of stuff I wasn't quite ready to commit to. I am a huge fan of the Follain store in my home state but would be more apt to visiting Citrine if we had one. Make a visit if you're in the area as it will be well worth your time.

I love this store! I live all the way in Texas and Citrine is my go to for all of my natural beauty needs. They will always be one of my token natural beauty stores and they do amazing Glam Bag giveaways a few times a year. Their team is always super helpful and attentive even from over 1,000 miles away. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Citrine!
