City Brows

I just went there to do my eyebrows and it was awful. The lady left some hair behind and give me some little wounds.

I've gone here for 5+ years and they do a great job. The technicians usually stay for a long time but if they move one, as two of my favorite ones did, the owner or manager threads my eyebrows just as well. her technique is so smoothly it's almost painless. just a soft pinch instead of a sharp one.

The worst place to get threading done. I should have trusted the bad reviews. My one eyebrow is thick, and the other one is thin. The lady who did my eyebrows was unprofessional and careless. I am so angry and frustrated.

Love this spot, reasonably priced and they always do a fantastic job with my brows. Never even describe what to do with them they just shape and tint them perfectly for my face.

Will try to force you to tip 20%. Pretty sure that’s illegal.

They provide terrible henna and overall service. I went in for a henna for the starting price of $10, and when I asked for any designs they've made to see, they said they didn't have any to show. Then they're pretty rude and give a attitude when asking for prices and design, which is stupid because I want to know what options they had. They said they couldn't do what I had in mind because it was "too hard" and in turn made something that looked not even close to what I showed her and turned our average looking. Never going again, it's overpriced for generic service anyways. I'd avoid that place.

Love the eyebrows but the communication / customer service about henna is absurd. I’ve called 3 separate times in the past 3 months to confirm that the woman who does henna is there before I travel from Harlem to get it done. Each time they say she’s there, but when I arrive they claim she’s not there or that there is no “fresh henna”. What’s the point of confirming then?

Wow 5 Stars! Great experience. I will definitely make this my threading salon. Threading was fast, without a doubt. At my visit I had my whole face threaded. I will be back for more soon.

I have been going to this place for almost 2 years. Generally the service is ok but the last time I was there was the worst. I wanted Shayda to do my eyebrows and facial. She refused to do it even though she was free and the person who did it, did an awful job!
