The operator that day was very rude and disrespectful. And two cabs never showed up.
The driver was kind talkative and friendly.I called this cab company a second time got a female driver she was nice and friendly..
They are good drivers, but the meter runs a little fast. Metropolitan can is a little cheaper.

Usually very good service. I think services are restricted in Highland Park because drivers have to be bonded to operate outside of Detroit. I used to drive for the company.
