City Cab Iowa City

City Cab does not deserve any more than ZERO stars but in order to post, I evidently have to pick at least one star. About 20 minutes ago, I turned down a side street. Two cars were parked across from one another leaving only enough room for one vehicle to get through. About a quarter of a block away, I see a car barreling down the middle of the street toward me. I expected him to slow down and pull over to the right a bit so I could pull beyond the vehicle on my right and get back on the right side of the street. He did not. He pulled up to my front bumper and motioned for me to back up. I responded likewise because I had no where to back up to other than the intersection which I had just turned from. I was frozen in my seat because the driver had seemed to accelerate as he was coming toward me. If he had been going the speed limit and staying on his side of the street, I could have easily driven through the two parked vehicles and been back on my side of the street before he even needed to drive through the parked vehicles. Neither of us would have needed to stop if this man had shown the typical courtesy of letting me drive by the parked vehicles instead of playing chicken with me.
