City Center Motel

The room was very dirt. The sheets had stains on them as well as the comforter. The door shut, but you could see the outside. There was an extra lock but only half of it was there. We had to ask for towels and they had black stains on most of them. The shower handle busted off in my son's hand. It smelled of pot the whole stay. The music was loud all night. My 19 year old son begged for us to leave. The lady at the front desk moved us to a different room when the handle feel off in the bathroom and said we would getaway refund so we stayed. I called a couple days later and another guy said because we stayed we obviously liked the room so no refund. When I told him we only stayed because we were told we would get a refund he said no we don't do refunds. We would never stay there again even if it was the last place around. I would rather drive longer for a different hotel or sleep in my truck.

Room was disgusting dirty and smelt terrible. when I had asked for an air freshener the girl at the desk acted like it wasn’t her issue please give her a rundown on the word hospitality luckily one of the other guys working saved the day and brought us one I forgot his name Ken was by far the best night auditor I’ve ever met and those two gentlemen are the only reason for my stars.

Good for adults, not children. Great spot if you're spending most of your time on Fremont! You must be able to sleep through noise tho. People, the club next door, the praying mantis across the street, all loud. Walkability: 5 mins from Fremont.

The staff was great and the location was right near where we wanted to be. However, the room quality for the high price was absolutely trash. Pay an extra $20 and stay in a luxury hotel/casino/resort.Rooms: 1/5

The room had a bad lock on the door. Someone entered the room and stole our clothes, sneakers and a cell phone charger. The room smelled horrible like cigarettes. The neighborhood is very dangerous. I do not recommend this place, I will not return.Rooms: 1/5

Simply terrible. Very dirty rooms. Absolutely no necessities in room like coffee maker or any appliances to make hot water, tea, coffee, microwave and so on. Even no hot water on the reception. All staff was polite.Rooms: 1/5

The room was okay, front staff was rude when my girlfriend checked in. The door didn’t let us in the second time we were kept up most of the night due to the nightclub next door.. the floors made my feet black and the room smelled so bad. The tub didn’t work hardly at all. Too expensive for what you are getting honestly, can spend the same amount for a better hotel.

I booked a room and once I got into the room I noticed there were no towels, no soap, no toilet paper at all, and the toilet was broken. The clerk at the front desk was out to lunch for almost 2 hours and when he finally got back I told him and a woman who claimed to be the manager about the problem but they refused to give me a refund. Horrible staff!

Ken and Leeandra were an absolute pleasure. My father and I stopped by for the day, Ken was very friendly and welcoming. Leeandra went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Thanks for making it a pleasant stay for us!
