During COVID they've been friendly, prompt, helpful, and kind. Their delivery service is amazing.

Its my kinda a place for quick fix band-aids to high quality cosmetics. It's a true Dumbo service you can expect. Manager Stephanie and pharmacist Amanda, both super loving, kind and helpful. I give this place 5 out of 5 band-aids!

Fantastic store. The pharmacist was MORE than helpful, proactive, and literally the definition of PERSONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I definitely felt like a customer not a number! I DEFINITELY will be back. I strongly encourage others who are seeking a person not a robot check out City Chemist!

A large heavy set hispanic lady say she dont speak english she ask why u here what you want is rude and was like dont come near me she was very unfriendly she is a new hire made me feel uncomfortable.

missing this place more than usual :/ i worked here and i’d be lying if i said i didn’t like it. the manager was like a second mom to me tbh. super nice place overall and the people who work here are awesome. i suggest anyone who is in Dumbo to check out this place

They're selling fake N95 masks. Please stay away!

No frills spot to get a prescription filled. The guy at the pharmacy was nice enough to help me out when my pharmacy card was hard to read and stayed on the phone with my provider to make sure that I'd get what I needed. Much appreciated.

I called ahead looking for an item. A friendly person promptly answered the phone and then went to look, and quickly got back to me. I went later and bought what I needed. Super easy, no hassle.

Staff is nice, pharmacist is nice and helpful but the prices are CRAZY. Even for NYC. Even for Dumbo. Crazy. They are an "only in an extreme emergency" kind of place.

The pharmacist is not always the friendliest, but their prices on prescriptions can't be beat. I buy compounds that get made into capsules by the pharmacy, and their prices are 3x lower than any other pharmacy in Brooklyn. Knowledgeable staff, great prices. A lil out of the way location but can't beat it.
