I've sent flowers a couple of times from City Line Florists, and they haven't disappointed. They were very good with processing the order and getting it to the recipient in a timely manner and in great condition. Beautiful every time!

I spoke to Carl to place my order and he could not have been more helpful. I placed my order at 10am and the delivery was set to arrive to our dear Friend at the end of the day. Completely amazed that the delivery was made 2 hours after I spoke to Carl. The arrangement is gorgeous and the perfect display of colors to brighten our dear Friends day. I received beautiful flowers on 2/23/22. They are as beautiful today, as they were on that first day….10 days later! Excellent quality flowers!!

City Line went out of their way to deliver an arrangement -- it took more than four delivery tries before the recipient was home to receive the flowers but City Line never gave up or charged me additionally. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I recommend City Line most highly as they are a top drawer business and exceptional at customer satisfaction.

Had ordered 2 dozen roses for Valentine’s Day to be delivered at my wife’s work. They delivered the roses on the wrong day day before and delivered the roses to my home after they found out the building was closed for Lincoln’s birthday. I spoke with Carl on the phone and he apologized for the mix up. He said he would send an arrangement over. I asked for a dozen roses to be sent to my wife’s work place but he said that he could t do that. I was upset but understood. Today my wife got a dozen long stem roses. Thank you Carl for doing the right thing and thank you for the many beautiful arrangements you have done for me in the past. Pleasantly surprised and grateful for the excellent customer service.

City Line Florist assisted me with great service. I sent the premium Blue Moon arrangement to a newly engaged couple, this previous September. Once they were delivered my friend sent me a picture. I was in awe as to how beautiful they looked. The only problem was the next day after my friend said, make her house smell rotten so she had to keep them outside. What causes this to happen? Either way , Thank you
