They were my second option, but will now be my first whenever I need my Juki serviced. From the phone inquiry, to dropping off and picking up my machine, they have been the nicest, most personable small business in the garment district. Plus my Juki works perfectly, if not better than before.

I took my 60-year-old Elna portable in to City Sewing Machine for a tuneup. It is now running beautifully. They charged me what they said they would, and completed the job in about three working days. I am very happy with the job they did.

Great service. This is the second year in a row I've brought my 20 year old Paff home sewing machine to be tuned up. it runs great after that. Cheaper than buying a new one at $2,000.00. When I ask him what I did to break it he always says nothing so that is reassuring to someone who thinks they broke the machine.
