experiencing NYC is quite empty and somehow people are nicer and caring pandemic bring a good change after all the big apple always fascinating and fun to visit

I took this trip during COVID-19 period. It was less crowded. This aided me in having a good view of the city structure. Also, audio guided trip helped me in having a better understanding of the city architectural history.

I really wish we would've just taken the liberty cruise and skipped this altogether. It was okay but $200 for a family of four could've been spent elsewhere and I wouldn't have felt like we missed anything.

FYI before placing an order, check the weather report. The tours won't operate when it's snowing and tickets are nonrefundable. However, they are good for a year from the date of purchase.

This was a great service and a good experience. The guides were kind and very knowledgeable. The night tour is totally a plus the I hope more people can use. And the ferry trip is among the best I got in the city. I will surely recommend it and use it again when I come back to NYC!
