My experience was a great one. The staff was real nice and pleasant, they treated me pretty well. The assistant nurse Lashonda was very helpful and attentive. Made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Doctor was very knowledgeable and informative. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends. And any and everyone looking for a city md that wants good care from staff and doctor. Keep the great work.

I didn't wait long to see a Doctor. Respectful staff. Clean and organized. I would visit again. I would also tell my family and friends to visit whenever they're not feeling well.

My experience at this urgent care was great, I didn't wait long to get seen and the dr gave me some advice on my sons nasal issues. I rate it a one solely because of the fact that the dr gave my son a covid test even though I told him no, Clearly, more than once. He could have just charged it to his insurance if he wanted to get paid from it. I wouldn't have opposed that. When he tried to push the q-tip in my son's nose a little deeper after I told him he sees an ent and my son backed up a bit, I felt like I was going to have to grab the drs arm. We are supposed to be able to trust drs. Thank God my son is doing great.

I have been here a few times for my 5 yr old son and myself. The service has been great. Friendly staff and quick service. Also very clean. Keep up the good work.

I had my first urgent care experience with them I just want to commend them for their professionalism and compassion starting from the secretaries nurses and doctors. Thank you for our health heroes.

This location has incompetent doctors that are quick to dismiss your needs. They invalidated everything I said because they wanted to tell me whatever they wanted to tell me. They denied to run tests on my boyfriend for a bacterial infection, because the infection I was experiencing was seen as a woman’s problem. Which was a very ignorant statement for a nurse to say. As if men don’t play a role in the reasons why women contract common infections, such as BV. The nurse kept reiterating that men can’t contract BV, which I understood. But there are other bacteria that men carry that can trigger BV in women. I understand there are other things that contribute to contracting BV, but to dismiss everything I said, make a joke about it, and label it as a women’s problem was insensitive and ridiculous. As usual, doctors and nurses downplay their patient’s issues, so they won’t have to directly deal with it.

The doctor was very understanding very caring very nice my pain was excruciating and he tended to it with expertise I feel better when I left.

Even though the receptionist was dismissive, once I completed the sign-in process, very fast service was provided. I needed clearance from a Doctor regarding a lice breakout at my child's school. Doctor was professional and thorough and I was seen quickly. Thanking God I didn't have to spend hours in an ER.

Clean and comfortable. Staff were patient, considerate, and kept me informed of any delays. Mike the x-ray technician was very professional and put me at ease. The doctor on duty was personable and offered great analysis and recommendations.

Staff and providers so nice and professional. Made me feel very comfortable. They young lady who drew my blood was super knowledgeable and very nice. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone
