CityMD Union Square West

A few years ago I went in and really didn’t appreciate the treatment from the physician, but last week everyone was super professional and courteous. It was late at night but a nobody rushed me in anyway. They were all great.

This place is very good. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs help with their health.

All the receptionists and doctors/nurses at this location were so nice and friendly. I had came in around 11:15am and thankfully there wasn't really anyone ahead of me so I was out by 12 & got all the help and advice I needed! It was a great experience

A stupid accident made that much better by city md. Staff was skilled, efficient and kind. 11 stitches later I was back somewhat on my feet again and out the door in around an hour. Saved me a long wait in urgent care. Thank you - really grateful for this care in nyc.

I was treated immediately in a very professional and kind way. I felt safe and taken seriously. This was the best Urgent Care experiences I ever had.

Rather than publicizing this, they prevent people from knowing that their Covid tests will end at around 8 p.m. Thanks for having me wait and waste my time. DMV is better organized than this place
