Citywide Vending & Amusement

The neglect and incompetence of the works is one I don't wish on any business.. products put into the machines are expired, if not already opened. From my personal experience, I would find another vending machine company to do businesses with. Thanks for all your help... Not.

There slow. Machines don't get filled fast enough. Always out of there hyvee meals they stock. For the price we pay for there items. I'd expect faster refill times. Sometimes they just fill the soda machines and don't restock the food.

If you are at the end of your contract, and you don't re-sign, the last few days, don't use the machines. They do not follow through keeping it stocked, and you'll have all machines eating your money left and right. Pretty crummy thing to do to the hard workers they profit from. Outside of that, when all is good in your contract, you'll have stocked machines and an average selection of snacks and drinks.

Don't sign more than a 1 year contract!!!! They will try and get you to sign a 3 or 5 year contract...don't do it! Because if you are not happy with their service and your contract is not up you are stuck.
