Civil Skateboard Shop

I've been going to Civil for years because they are consistently great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the selection is huge. Highly recommend!

Just stopped by providence for the first time last week, and found this little skate shop. Great selection. Went inside and tried on a pair of NB shoes and ordered them on their website. Much love from NY. Reminds me of the skate shops in Manhattan.

I love the vibe, the music this shop is my happy last I just bought my skateboard board from here yesterday. The works are Great especially the guy that helped me pick out my skateboard and build it for me. If you figure out who was working on 10-30-21 after 4pm that would be greatly appreciated. The place was beautiful. From the clothes, to the music, to the works. 10/10 experience

Extremely friendly staff helped me pick out wheels, bearings etc. for the custom board I got for Christmas. Rolls really smoothly!

Great price & only place I could find the shoes I wanted in the right size & color. Shipped fast. 2 pairs at my door a few days later. No need for amazon with stores like this!

Helpful, knowledgeable and courteous staff at both locations I frequent Providence & E. Greenwich. Wide selection of "name brand" type skateboard decks as well as super cool shop boards skateboards with designs unique to Civil and a full range of skateboard parts trucks, wheels, bearings, griptape etc.. Nice selection of shoes and other clothing as well.

Very friendly atmosphere here, the staff are great and very helpful with my questions around product and availability of new releases. Always welcoming whenever I stop by. Great to see a business like this downtown. Look forward to more visits in the future. They have a wide variety of product.

Civil is indeed a place to shop for skateboards and skateboarding items... The staff members are amazing and have an incredible service. They are also informative! ... I totally admire their zeal to make customers satisfied and have their needs met. In fact, I highly support and suggest that anyone who is looking forward to buying skateboards or kits should without contemplating give it an attempt.
