CKO Yardley is a great place to work out. It’s always clean. I enjoy going there to release any tension and to leave a puddle of sweat behind. I hope you enjoy planks. I do!

I've been going to CKO since February 2019. The staff and instructors are fantastic. I look forward to going almost everyday during the week. Not only is the staff and owners great to work with but other members are very friendly.

I joined cko almost 3 months ago and have never looked back. I was never a fan of physical activity.... Until now. The trainers and members are awesome and are very motivating. I am so grateful I went out of my comfort zone and walked through the doors and became a member. One of the best decisions I made for myself.

Great Gym. Great People. It's one thing to have an awesome "product" which CKO Yardley has....its totally another thing to have the PEOPLE to back it up. Heart. Dedication. Honesty. You can't beat it!
