I have tried many different types of training. I have to say I am SOOO happy I gave CKO Maspeth a try. The classes are awesome for anyone at any level from novice to pro, in shape -or- out. Really brings out the best in you. Recommend to all. Tommy Rocks!
What an amazing place! My experience at CKO Maspeth has been nothing short of awesome! The instructors are so motivating, they push you to do your very best. The workouts are perfect for anyone whether you are a beginner or expert. And the Music is great! Would highly recommend to anyone!!
I love this location. The trainers have been motivating me to work out every week. I usually get bored from going to the gym, but I've been going for a month straight and see a difference in my upper body strength and finally have some muscles. :
The best time I’ve had working out. Each workout is different and definitely pushes you. Nice new facility and the schedule works great for me.
Just what the neighborhood was lacking. Ton of classes to fit into my busy schedule. Awesome instructors, awesome managers. Hip hop night!?!? Yes please. I even heard about maybe 80s and 90s nights. I have my IG notifications @ckomaspeth on to make sure I don’t miss any info! Perfect location with parking lot. CKO is on the uptick
