Had them switch out my hoop nose piercing to a new hoop ring I bought there.. they left a huge gap in it and told me I had to fix it myself & wouldn’t exchange or return it. Upon looking up how to do it myself, seems like they permanently damaged it. What a joke.

Worst experience my daughter was to scared to get her ears pierced which most would be understanding and he didn’t even put the earrings anywhere her ear and this guys was like you still have to pay 60 dollars theses people don’t care I do not recommend wast of money

I will never forget the day I came here February 2018 to get my ear lobes pierced and that my mom almost passed out from seeing me. I always go in to Claire’s for Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas because of the cute jewelry they have.

The 2 ladies that helped my 12 and 8 year old girl were freaking awesome with piercing their ears. HIGHLY recommended! Thank you!

Horrible customer service, if zero rating was an option I've would've put that. The workers there had attitude and I had to repeat myself over and over with my email and the questions they asked me. It was such a rip off.

It can be a pretty cool place, however a lot of the jewlery breaks very easily and the earings tend to bend very easily

if i could give it a 0 star rating i would, the manager was rude giving me attitude because i was getting a second piercing on my ear and she asked me what size was my first piercing and i didn’t know she was being really rude about it the way she was talking to me was rude. this girl with green hair was rude to this new girl that was working there and was acting immature yelling at her at the smallest things, new girl was great! new girl made a few mistakes and girl with green hair was laughing at her and being overall rude and belittling her. i was next and the girl with green hair said “i’m not doing her!” to me. it was all very uncomfortable for me and my mom and overall embarrassing the way they were acting.

Today we took our 5 1/2 month old daughter to get her ears pierced! Price was decent! We were assisted by Regan who was absolutely amazing! She was quick and thorough she also did a great job explaining the cleaning process to Help keep Lobes clean and prevent infection. I definitely recommend this location for getting ears pierced!

I took my daughter in to get her ears peirced. The young lady was very unprofessional with the way she dressed and the way she acted. She refused to let me look at the piercing stud prices and told me that the cheapest stud they sold was $60 and pointed to the 2 rows of studs on the left of the display if the front of it is facing you, which were the most expensive ones on there. She held the back of the display against her chest so I couldn't see the prices listed on the back and tilted it forward so only she could see the prices. I'm not really sure why she did this, but I am assuming that she makes a commission off of it? I thought it seemed off, so when I left, I looked at the back of the display through the window. I have included pictures of the prices that are not the prices that I was told. I paid the price and probably would have either way, but the fact that I wasn't given the option for the cheaper studs and how many other people are not given that option is ridiculous and theft, to me. Lying to people to get them to spend more money is stealing and this place employs thieves. Because of this behavior, I would give negative stars if I could.

I went here to get my daughters ears pierced and they did a GREAT job. She is two years old and they were so cute with her! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We tried a different Claire’s location and they treated us so poorly, but I am so glad we ended up here.
