I had the pleasant experience of receiving both ears pierced at Claire’s in East Wichita Mall. A first ever, as a transgender female. The 2 young ladies at the store, Alex, and another staff, unfortunately I did not catch her name, were both very sweet and treated me with utmost respect. Alex, did my piercing and did a superb job. Thank you very much for this wonderful step in my transition. This demonstrates most of our society is accepting of all individuals. God Bless America!
I know there’s a lot of negative talk about Claire’s and piercings, I’ve had my own bad experiences with untrained, uncaring, snotty teenaged Claire’s staff in the past. But I’ve completely forgotten all of that after today. Our piercing staff Emily, ask for her! told us she was 19, but she was more mature than most 25 year olds. She had the patience of a SAINT with my screaming nervous child! She spoke such kind words of encouragement to my daughter and made the whole experience more enjoyable than I anticipated! A lot had changed since I was a child going to Claire’s for my first piercing and I’m so pleased about it! Hire more people like Emily and this store will exceed company standards by MILES!
Our visit was great. Friendly lady's. I would have preferred a tattoo shop but they do not work on under 15yo. Claire's was still very friendly and patient. My daughter got her ears pierced and its been 3-4wks and she says she hardly notices them. She "forgot" she had them in less than 30min after getting both ears done at same time. She loves them. I love that she loves them. They did fantastic.
Me and my friends went to get our ears pierced and right when we walked in we noticed that the customer service overall wasn’t great. We went up and asked for pricing and she said the cheapest was $35. This was correct but was only for the rapid solution. She didn’t even tell us about the six week solution until we specifically asked about. When we asked she seemed upset that we asked/ knew about the other solution. The other solution was approximately $10 cheaper than the rapid solution but she declined to tell us this information until after one of us checked out. Also, a couple hours later one of the backs of the earrings had already came off. Overall it was a very frustrating experience.
Katie was so kind! She was ready to help my daughter get her ears pierced! Katie also took the time to listen to my other daughter talk about how much she loves Claire’s, and my girls gave her hugs goodbye! Thanks Katie!
I got my second ear piercing here . It got infected every day I’m just after taking it out after 2 months and blood Is dripping everywhere it hurt more to take it out than the piercing itself and it’s so out of place aswell as they told me to come back in 30 minutes because there was 7 people infront of me and I came back and she didn’t even pierce any of them waste of time never get ur piercings here .

Went in looking for a gift had vague details but the two wonderful lady’s at the front Alesyn and Katie where able to direct me in the right path to find what I needed!
Horrible experience. Not worth the money or the trouble. They had to repierce my left side twice and my right side three times, and get this, they’re still uneven and don’t line up with the rest of my ear piercings. Not only that, she admitted to messing it up! Absolutely horrid experience!!!
Amazing customer service. Alesyn was so knowledgeable and was ready to help as soon as we walked in the store!
