Went to Claires today with my sister and mother and the manager Gabby was an absolutely amazing person! She helped us and answered all of our questions, certainly deserving of a raise! Would go again because of how great she was!

The one store I wanted to go into because there was something specific I needed for a birthday party. This was the only time I had to go to the mall & they weren’t open at around 10:30am. Unfortunate because I’m sure Claire’s could use the business…

If you're going in for a piercing 100% get Gabby if you can. She was supper sweet, thorough and helpful throughout the whole experience. She made it so easy and got rid of any nerves I had about going in. Love how they look!

My daughter got her second piercing in her ears. They had two piercers in so they were able to do both ears at the same time which is always better for kids. They were quick & friendly. And you get 20% off everything in the store when you purchase a piercing!

Got my 8month old first earrings/piercings here and we had a great experience. Jenny was the one who did them and she did so great, and made us feel very comfortable. She made sure we were good with the placement, she was very patient us and our baby. She gave us time in between to calm our baby down before continuing on. I was nervous that they were not able to do both ears at the same time but honestly she did so well and im glad we got them done here. The piercings came out so well done and even! I was also worried because i heard mixed reviews from here but it went great. Super easy. She even took pictures for memories for us which i didnt even think about doing, so glad she helped us through this experience.

Our 8 year old daughter wanted her ears pierced and she was very nervous. Jenny at Claire's was amazing...she was so patient with my daughter, making sure she was ready as she worked up the courage! Very impressed!

Porsche performed a professional piercing and took all the time I needed. She instructed me on the care of the ears and offered me an amazing deal on earings I can use after a month. She was professional, patient, and kind to all her customers. It feels so good in this time when there is a difficult labor shortage to have someone take their time with you Thanks Porsche. You made me beautiful.

The Karen of a store manager was complaining about a customer talking on the phone louder than the actual phone call. Instead of asking them to politely step out, Karen started arguing about it with another customer. Very petty. The poor Gen Z cashier just had to listen to it all awkwardly smiling. However, Gen Z was very professional and kind when checking out.

My daughter loves this store ...we came a few weeks ago to shop for a few things for her birthday ....they had a lot of items on sale which was great
