Two of my friends and I came to the Claire's on Ward Pkwy and were very satisfied with our experience. Go when Kara's working, she's incredible. The piercings were well done and Kara made sure we left there looking better than we did when we came in. Def coming back for any future piercings. RECOMMEND

Great service and the wed site is super cool too!!!

Amber was amazing!! I was a little chicken getting my ears pierced and she did a phenomenal job, making the whole process super smooth and easy! She was also knowledgable about the products they have in the store there too. Definitely recommend this location!

I was very disappointed with my visit to Claire's. The deals are very miss leading, and the accessories are very over priced. I'm irritated with the customer service too. Too awkward to be around. Also it was too cluttered

Always pressuring you to buy some # of things so you don't miss out on free items. I also end up paying $10 an item even with the free ones and I never wanted that many doodads to begin with.
