Just had one of the best customer service calls with Clare V. I needed to retroactively apply my 10% first time buyer discount code on a purchase made online yesterday, and they agreed to apply it with no questions asked. I’m thrilled and can’t wait to get my bag in the mail!

Got my wife a wonderful bag.

The sales associate specifically at this location is so rude and condescending when she talks to the customers. I am a big fan of the brand but after the way she treated me when I entered the store I won't spend any money there.
