Beautiful products and good customer service. Masha and Betsy, two lovely saleswomen took their time to help me find what I was looking for. It was right before closing and they didn’t make me feel rushed. I’m pleased with my purchase and glad I opted to go into the store instead buying online. Well worth the trip!

Great bags and design. Consistently chilly customer service... couldn’t care less about you buying something and would prefer you leave their store. Don’t show knowledge about the bags and company. Minimal input when asking for recommendations. Can I buy a vowel?

The sales associate specifically at this location is so rude and condescending when she talks to the customers. I am a big fan of the brand but after the way she treated me when I entered the store I won't spend any money there.
