The Clark County Assessor's Office 2nd floor has the most amazing and the most polite staff I have ever encountered. Gov't. or private businesses should use their practice as a key step stone as what "Customer Service" genuinely means. Sorry, I only caught one name...Jean! But that's okay, she and the other staff are just amazingly awesome!
Just found out that us Veterans can get a tax exemtion on dmv fees. Really nice staff.
There is a beautiful garden around the center as an embellishment to the cleaver architecture. As a visitor I have no opinion on the government itself.
Ex-elected Clark County government employee killed a journalist that exposed corruption. Makes you wonder how dangerous and corrupt this government still is.
The employees weren't mean or disparaging but they called the cops on two guys just filming. Wasted cops time and need to learn that government buildings can be filmed bc they aren't private businesses.
This place was great. The people who worked here were very helpful. I went here to add my name to my parents deed to the house and to refile our homestead act form. The people at the recorders office were very quick and helpful. They answered all of our questions. It is a little pricey now. It cost $40 in fees now every time you have something recorded. It's ok though. We were able to get everything done in a timely fashion. Thank you guys for all of your help.
The Clark County Building is one of the greatest architectural looking buildings Las Vegas has to offer. With spirals to pyramids shapes this building was put together to create such a wonderful masterpiece for everyone to enjoy not only the government officials. With its open and simplistic floor plan it is easy to navigate to the correct county office in which you are trying to reach. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Always making sure you get what you came for.
They have stupid security and nosey employees. That is all.
Southwest Designed complex. Very beautiful and pristinely maintained building and grounds. Music concerts. Saturday nights in the summer. . Admission is free but tickets have to be ordered online.
was downtown and stopped at the county building to look around. i have visited some of the recreation centers in clark county and so far the staff and employees i have talked with are very nice and are very knowledgeable about the area. if i had a suggestion for people visiting or those considering relocating to clark county is to first talk to people at the county office and at the recreation centers, they will be able to tell you about what it is really like to live in clark county especially in and around the metropolitan area.
