Clarks Shoes Southpark Mall

I bought 3 pair of shoes tonight. I was only looking for two, but the salesperson, Iyana forgive my spelling went above and beyond to find my size and find shoes that I was comfortable wearing, something that I am not used to with my wide foot. I bought home a pair today and have 2 others that had to be ordered, but she went through a whole stack of shoes to find what I would be the most comfortable wearing. While we were in the store she assisted several other customers. Hardly anyone had to wait at all. My transaction took longer because I had to return shoes I ordered on-line so while the machine was loading she ran the other register so folks didn't have to wait. She was very efficient, friendly and helpful. I am really glad she took the time to help me find correctly fitting shoes.

The product is wonderful, the store is well maintained, but the service is severely lacking. Each time I visit there are new associates who can't find in-stock shoes in the stockroom, make inaccurate assertions about the product, among other beyond newbie issues. Additionally, allow 10-20minutes for any transaction at the register. Even with "help" from another clerk/manager it takes an inordinate amount of time for simple returns, ringing in-stock shoes, and allow 30min if you need to place an order. This review is based on multiple visits over a few months.

Incredible customer service! I called this location to see if they had a certain shoe in stock because they were out of stock online. Ayana looked it up for me and ordered them from another store, gave me all the discounts, and was seriously happy to do it. She saved me a lot of driving time and allowed me to get the christmas gift I wanted for my boyfriend! They arrived at my door step, three days after I spoke with her. Seriously recommend!

I left this store crying today. I honestly wanted to buy some shoes, but the saleswoman who had brought me sizes seemed so irritated with me, I was terrified and left. She seemed angry that I'd asked for a 9.5 and said several times "well I can tell you we don't have size 9.5." Ok, so typically, a sales associate will offer you the half size up/down, right? No. I had to specifically ask "Could I try a size 9 or 10 then?" She said she guessed so, but they run narrow. I'm not sure why that had any influence on her ability to check for other sizes. She brought back 3 of the 4 pairs I wanted to try, then left and didn't offer another color or anything in the pair I really wanted. I apologized for bothering her. She never came back to check on me. No one else ever noticed me, although at least 3 sales associates were on the floor. Very sad, disappointing experience. I felt like crap. The vast majority of my shoes are Clark's, but I won't be returning to this store.

Always love the brand, shoes are comfy and of good quality. But the customer service received from this store is the worst comparing with other Clark stores. No greetings, and the store associate's attitude was cold and passive.

99% sure that this place is closed. Not on directory, not on store locator, and other mentions of it closed. Take down this listing!
