Very disappointed by the customer service. The individual laughed at me at one point because I shared I needed to get clarity on the pricing so I could relay back to my team member who would need to make payment. "Well, the pricing is on the site". "Are you not local to Charlotte? The tax would be the same". How RUDE can you be? If you do not want to work with your customers and answer questions, you need to do something else.
Can't be more satisfied with the service and end result I got ! Bill and Flo are great to work with, extremely responsive and know what they are doing. My order was a rush one unfortunately but they were able to manage my expectations and I got a crystal award that was sp beautiful and on time!. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

I ordered medals for my school and they were very helpful with the design I wanted and how to best fit it on the medal. The medals were beautiful and very well appreciated. I am grateful to have someone walk me through the process and answer all of my questions. The medals were ordered and completed very quickly.
