Taking on a project of building a 36 X 50 barn, you have to make many decisions. The best decision I made was choosing Tim Youtsey with Classic Buildings to build my dream barn. Classic Buildings just finished our new garage/shop and we couldn’t be happier. I met Tim Youtsey at a home show and later contacted him for more information. Tim was delightful to work with and helped us design a very functional and attractive building. He learned what our needs and desires were, then suggested design elements we would not have thought of. The tradesmen Classic sent to the site were wonderful to work with. All were professional, personable, polite, and cheerfully answered any questions we had. My project manager Tim was extremely knowledgeable and happy to help with anything not only before, but after the project was completed. The price was fair and the final result exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to build a garage and/or a pole barn.
Classic Buildings are a top notch company that produced the highest quality of building I could have ask for. Tim Youtsey professionally delivered from the beginning. I can honestly say I thought I knew what I wanted for my building, but Tim helped me take it to the next level. From the start to the end Tim made the process easy, stress free and enjoyable every time we met to discuss progress. He helped me with one of the most difficult choices which was choosing colors. I have so many people compliment on my buildings color scheme. The black wainscot and roof with Taupe siding is brilliant. Classic Buildings make all process of building a post building a breeze. You are presented with a professional set of truss and building drawings which makes the permitting process extremely simple. The design of no wood in the ground is awesome. All laminate post are centered over concrete poured piers. I cant say enough good about Classic Buildings and Tim Youtsey. Thanks Tim

They've built an impressive reputation for themselves over the decades and continue to grow rapidly. They must be doing something right! Classic Buildings built my 2 car garage and the entire process went smoothly. The building was erected in just a couple of days. The crews were in and out quickly and the finished product works perfectly for my family. Would recommend them to anyone!
Outstanding Business!!! Classic Buildings quickly completed my six car garage on time & budget with absolutely zero problems. After researching & meeting with several builders, it became very obvious Classic Buildings was the clear choice for a successful project. I had the pleasure of meeting with Tim Youtsey who was my Building Consultant. Tim was able to take a simple sketch I provided & design the finished build drawings. These plans included custom made laminated columns, scissor style trusses, exterior metal work, doors, windows, & much more.
