Classic Cakes

I had a Sleeping Beauty themed wedding 09/04/22. Classic Cakes did a wonderful job in keeping my fairy tale themed wedding classic and not cheesy…making my cupcakes and Bride/Groom cake beautiful. We chose 3 flavors with filling and they were delicious. Our guests especially loved the lemon/orange with raspberry filling. We had so many compliments. Highly recommend!!!

My sister has always gotten cakes for our whole family for special occasions from Classic Cakes . They’ve always done such a wonderful job on every cake we’ve had and they’ve all tasted so good and been so moist. Recently I celebrated been five years cancer free and my Sister had this cake made from Classic Cakes. The pictures do not even show how amazing this cake looked and it was so good. Thank you so much Classic Cakes for putting so much thought and care into making this cake.

This place was super helpful in planning a small wedding cake with cupcakes in short notice. The cake flavors we got are so delicious. They let us sample the flavor I was thinking, right there-took my order and everything was just perfect. This place will be my go to cake place for every occasion from here on out! Worth the drive to Carmel from where I am located and the customer service and staff were so friendly and professional! Highly recommend!!

If you're looking for a great, local baker who makes wonderful cakes, check them out. They not only do special orders, including birthday cakes up to big elaborate wedding cakes, but they have many cakes on hand if you just walk in the store. The number of cake flavors and fillings are fantastic - lots of options. The raspberry pound cake with chocolate truffle filling was decadent and delicious! And the staff is top notch, offering to try a sample of any cake flavor if you need help making a decision on which amazing cake to buy.

My daughter requested a rainbow unicorn cake for her birthday and Classic Cakes was so easy to work with and delivered exactly what we had in mind. Classic Cakes is my go-to bake shop for all special events. They’ve done everything from my wedding to birthdays and everything in between. We love them!! Beyond impressed with our wedding cake from Classic Cakes! They were so easy to work with from the beginning and executed my vision beautifully! The cake was delicious and we had many compliments from our guests. We went with the lemon/orange/almond cake and raspberry filling. SO GOOD! It also looked GORGEOUS on our sweetheart table. Unprofessional. Make sure you get every last detail of your wedding cake in contract. I provided an inspiration photo and was told numerous times they were capable of reproducing the cake in my color pallet. After paying thousands of dollars, the cake looked nothing like what was promised, didn’t match colors and was falling apart before the wedding. When reporting this situation, was told “it was the cake I ordered” even when written email evidence states the opposite. This business did not take responsibility for their mistakes and promised me a wedding cake that they could not do. Beware. Classic Cakes made our wedding cake for our March 2022 wedding, and we are so happy that they were a part of our wedding day. The customer service we received, and the look and taste of the incredible cakes were beyond what I could have ever imagined. It was DELICIOUS, and we are still receiving compliments about how beautiful and tasty the cake was. We are already so excited to eat the top tier on our 1st anniversary.

Wonderful experience. I ordered a specialty cake from out of state for loved ones in Indiana, and the process was so smooth. Great customer service, excellent flavor recommendations and decorated the cake in a way that was very similar to the inspiration photos I provided. I was blown away by what the artist was able to do with buttercream flowers! I was told the cake was moist and delicious too. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to order from Classic Cakes again!
