Classic Detail and Hand Car Wash

Do not go here. I have gone 3 times and it gets worse and worse. First of all I have used other hand wash places and much better. The equipment this place uses is old and worn down. They use cheap cleaning products as well that leaves streaks and marks and they are horrible at whipping down. Their towels are even worn and will leave fiber pieces all over the car. You know it’s bad when I have to wipe over them for all the spots they miss. It is very quick and cheap for a reason. They will leave marks and spots all over and say they are done good to go. Even left leaves all over the windshield. 2nd of all everytime I go there there’s scratches. I believe the pressure wash is at the wrong setting and too powerful. Scratched up the chrome trim and scratched up the passenger window huge scratch on it now. Of course they deny and won’t fix any damages they caused. Pay the extra money and go to a place that actually cares.

This car wash is hand down the best of the best. Attention to detail, efficiency and great customer service all around. Their hard work brings my car to a sparkling clean each time I am here and it is worth every penny as the car stays cleaner much longer than the conventional self car wash places. Easy in an out driving pattern, super friendly management. The crew started cleaning my truck soon as I spoke with management, speedy service with quality work. If I lived in the VA. BEACH area this would be my permanent car wash place to bring my vehicles. Only the owner moves the vehicle from point A to point B any and everyone does not drive your vehicle.

Amazing job!!! I took my motorcycle that's full of chrome, after working on the bike for a few days it was filthy, I decided to give it a try and I WILL BE BACK!!! The price of 100 bucks at first threw me a little but after seeing the results it was well worth the money given the amount of chrome I have, it's now showroom quality, 2.5 hours and I was back on the road, very friendly and helpful guys. Do not miss out this summer on making your ride look new!

Convenient and super quick maybe too quick employees are nice and friendly. Happy to have a car hand wash nearby when I don't have the time to do it myself. But for $26 for a basic wash no wax and vacuum, not including the tip I left, on an SUV that is meticulously cleaned weekly by me, I should not have to come home and wipe down the water and water streaks, clean scrub the rocker panels and inside the doors and wheel wells. Not sure I'll be back.
