Classic Kitchen Cabinet

WORST “businessman” you will ever encounter! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS INDIVIDUAL!!! My father wanted to remodel his kitchen and decided to buy the cabinets and countertops from Danny because he seemed knowledgeable and reliable. WORST MISTAKE! The delivery of the cabinets took over 6 months, the installers were painfully unprofessional and rude, didn’t want to do their job correctly, the quality of the cabinets is horrible, some of them are defective, there are 4 glass cabinet doors that are STILL missing and ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR!!!! Every time we speak to him he gives a different story and different delivery day. On Monday he says the items will be delivered Tuesday, on Tuesday he says for Wednesday, on Wednesday he apologizes and “promises” for Saturday. Guess what happens on Saturday? This has been happening for OVER ONE YEAR! We have asked for a refund numerous times, which he again “promises” to give and NOTHING! We have gone to his store several times, he’s never there and it seems like he’s ghosting ALL his clients! We went today: April 25th, 2022 and now we were told he doesn’t own that business anymore. He hasn’t been the owner for several months and the new people there have “nothing” to do with Danny. This is ridiculous and actually beyond frustrating. He owes us over $600 for the missing items so the next step is the BBB and see what happens.

I was so close to shopping w/ one of those big box companies but someone told me I should check out the cabinet shops in Flushing and boy am I glad I did. It was a pleasure to work w/ Danny. The service he provided was great, the cabinets are strong and sturdy. Working with the installers was also a pleasure because they knew exactly what to do and did not take any shortcuts. I am very pleased w/ how everything turned out. Danny is great to work with, although he is busy he will reach out to you the moment he gets. The service is great, the products are great and the price is unbeatable. I definitely recommend this cabinet shop and will do business again. Danny is the man! Thank you.

I decided to wait until the day I was FINALLY able to get my cabinets to post this review. I ordered cabinets first week in August. I was promised delivery in 2 weeks. Now I understand with the current situation deliveries are being pushed back. One to two weeks late was acceptable to me. What was not acceptable was waiting for more than 2 months for my delivery. Excuses include, cabinets on the ship, cabinets waiting to be assembled, cabinets being assembled he's hitting a hammer in the background, to show he's working, cabinets on the truck, a mistake made with the assembling of the cabinets, they damaged the cabinet, have to do it over. Wrong cabinets brought to the store, have to do it over. Cabinets being painted, etc. Everyday for 2 months there was an excuse. After the cabinets finally came, the next hurdle was the countertop. 2 weeks waiting for this. I was promised countertops in 3 days. Everyday was another excuse. I had to threaten police involvement, that was the only way he sent them Now for the kicker, he promised a refund. Of course, he's not answering any calls or texts. Never EVER again. I lost so much money dealing with this waste of a person. Danny is by far the worst business person ever. Do not deal with him. When they say something is too good to be true, he defines it. His price is waaayyy too good to be true.

If zero stars was an option, I'd give zero stars. From missing pieces to damaged cabinets and unreliable timing, I will never purchase from here again. Danny is not at all professional and runs the business like it's a joke. I have yet to receive my countertop and sink and it's been 3 weeks. It took 3 weeks to get some of the cabinets but on the bright side, he is highly skilled in the art of deception.

Danny was a pleasure to work with. Everything was delivered on time and I am very happy with the cabinets and counter top. Do yourself a favor and have Danny look after all you cabinets and countertop needs. The price was the best along with the quality.

STAY AWAY!! Worst communication and lacks professionalism. Danny has been ghosting me! no timeline on when i will receive my cabinets. Everytime you speak to him he tells you tomorrow. Danny please work on your timeline and stop lying! leaving people without a kitchen is horrible. He is shady and he should not be in business. Just stay away from this place. Plenty of other places to go to in Flushing.

Bought kitchen cabinets, counter tops, back splash, floor tiles and sink. Got quality stuff at reasonable prices. Danny is a thorough professional, polite, prompt, courteous and always there to help. Customer service is great well above A+. I have dealt with a number of sellers but Danny is the best of all. He completely understands the business, customer needs and customer satisfaction.

I had an issue with getting my cabinets on time but in the end Danny did the right thing and got me my cabinets and countertop. Can't beat his pricing and the quality of the cabinets is much better than expected at this price point.

Danny has great customer service. His store has great selections to choose from and he has the best prices in all the five boroughs. His cabinets are real wood and his materials are high in quality. I can’t rave more! You have to see it for yourself.

Danny is one heck of a LIAR! He'll promise you a day for delivery and sweet talk you into believing him. When the day or time comes for the Cabinets to arrive as he had promised, He disappears and doesn't answer his phone. He's a pathological liar. Stay Away!!! You've been Warned............. Stay Away from Classic Kitchen Cabinet and the person called Danny.
