They are always friendly. Most importantly, they are great with my cat who's old & cranky. He only gets a nail trim, so I just call ahead & they are ready for us right when we get there. Very fast & proffesional.
Had my Kitty nails trimmed. Lady was very nice.
They hacked my babies hair. Didn’t clean aground her eyes or cut so they don’t get crusty just right above them so she looks silly. Super rushed and not friendly
Always very friendly and quick. Although they primarily groom dogs, they always trim my cat's claws very nicely. Definitely recommend to anyone.
