I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Belinda on multiple occasions. She is an excellent acupuncturist, as well as a wonderful person. Her office is serene and peaceful, as is Belinda herself. With each visit I leave feeling a sense calm and look forward to my next appointment. She has helped with my back pain, gave me the only moments of relief when I had shingles, and has helped with my overall mental health depression, stress, anxiety. I have been seeing Belinda since July when I moved to Hoboken for fertility issues. From the get go, Belinda has been really supportive in my journey. My situation has been super daunting but having Belinda as part of my ‘team’ has really helped. She explains to me before each session what we are going to work on and what each point does. I’ve been seeing Belinda for a few weeks now per my wife’s recommendation for treatment on my shoulders. I had injuries left untreated from high school sport injuries torn labrum and rotator cuff. I was a bit skeptical at first that anything besides surgery would help, but after just one cupping/acupuncture session with Belinda, I felt such a major difference in my shoulders and back. When I arrived at Belinda's office I had not slept in 8 weeks from a cervical disc injury that i felt had taken over my life. I was on numerous medications and my schedule was filled with Dr's visits..massage therapist, chiropractor/sports medicine specialist, orthopedic specialist, spine specialist. I was days away from scheduling a series of epidural injections that i was informed may not even work! Belinda was my last hope and she turned out to be the answer to my prayers!! I noticed a significant improvement from my very FIRST visit! I haven't touched a pain killer since that 1st day :- and after only a handful of visits I have reached the point where i forget that I have an injury.
