Booked a massage and when I got there, they told me that my name wasn’t in the system because ClassPass didn’t even give them info. So who did I just pay $100 to? Contacted ClassPass support and didn’t hear back.
I wish I could give this a lower rating. ClassPass is a rip off. They are nothing short of con artists who take advantage of their customers and try to sweep it under the rug. Horrible customer service to top it off. Shameful
Greatest place to work ever. Amazing company. Amazing people. Amazing service.
Terrible customer service..takes days to receive their answer and than another weeks for them to understand a problem...really disappointing
The concept is desirable but the execution and CP staff leave MUCH to be desired. It took 7 days to get through to customer service in a way that provided results and even then I'm not sure they truly understood what was going on. Too much competition out there to deal with such ineptitude.
