SO disappointed! I requested an estimate on a bathroom cabinet and vertical jewelry panels for an existing closet. Wesley came to our condo to review the job and we were e-mailed the estimate on both projects. We had requested basic pull tabs for the bathroom cabinet to be consistent with the rest of the bathroom cabinetry. And that is when this went spiraling downward! We were told they would have to be special ordered though these pieces are readily available on Amazon or any home improvement store! In addition, the jewelry panels could not be cut as requested because it would require re-setting their machines. We contacted the store manager who talked a great game, promised to call back TWICE and never did! This was the best thing that could happen since we gave up on Classy Closets and contacted Closet & Storage Concepts in Scottsdale. They were absolute pros completing the work exactly as we hoped without the compromises Classy Closets demanded. Not a complicated job but apparently more than Classy Closets could handle. We had the pleasure of working with Lesley on our master bedroom closet. What we thought would be an overwhelming project was a breeze with her at the helm. We initially had no concept of what we wanted but we’re hoping to utilize the entire space for storage, plenty of shelves, and room for all of our clothes and shoes. She took the measurements, let us customize the space with proper shelving, and worked her computer magic to show us a render of what the final product would look like. Her experience was demonstrated with her knowledge of what would and wouldn’t work with our space, and thoughtful recommendations. We were in no rush to get the project done but we were able to schedule the installation 2 weeks later. The installers were pleasant and well-trained, and within a couple of hours we went from a small closet space with 2 shelves to a modern, state of the art looking closet you see on TV/movies. I don’t know why we didn’t do this earlier. It was a project we talked about and dragged our feet with, but it only took one phone call and Lesley got us excited to make some magic happen. 10/10 experience and will be using Classy Closets again in the future.
They were great at selling me a media center for our living room. They made sure they got deposit, and full payment prior to completing the job. I Recommend not paying full amount until they finish. We still have seams in the media center that should not be shown I am still waiting only been a month now for someone to come out and fix that looks bad. I recommend shopping around and making sure you get the good quality. The sales person was great about selling. She did not call back for any follow-up check up to see if we were happy or if the job was completed. This company really get more stars and I wanted to give. Really poor craftsmanship you think they would at least feel all the cracks increases it looks so bad and no one’s ever even try to call me or clean up the situation
I had my closet done about a month ago with Classy Closets. I originally was referred by an employee and sent an email to the general contact information on the website. The response was quick and efficient and I was immediately referred to a designer. The designer Josh Ream was friendly, personable, and worked around my busy life to come see my disaster of a closet. The job was done quickly and flawlessly. Josh kept in touch via phone and email during and after the install to make sure I was satisfied. I will be doing work again soon with this company.
We've used them twice now, once for our master walk-in closet, and the second for our kitchen remodel. We're thrilled with how everything looks. Great design, excellent service, and a good value!
Tim Phillips designed beautiful and functional his and her closets. He worked within our budget and was very patient. I would definitely work with him again for future projects. They came and demolished our old closets quickly and did an excellent job cleaning everything up. The installers were professional, quiet, and left with everything cleaned up. I would say the only downside was my closet was half complete for over a month due to unknown reasons. But it was well worth the wait!
A great experience! The pantry design was exactly what I asked for. Installation was efficient and beautifully done. Cannot wait to get my bedroom closets done!
We had a wonderful experience working with Cristin Young and Classy Closets! From beginning to end, we were provided with prompt, professional, and exceptional service. Everything was finished and installed on time without any problems or issues. We look forward to working with Cristin again on our next house project!
I want recommend Classy Closets as a company that I enjoyed working with. Recently we had Classy Closets add several storage cabinets to our house. We had a member of their Sales Team come and measure the various places we wanted to add storage to. He gave us several options for the limited space we had. He was very patient with us and tried to balance functionality with our limited budget. We had our master bedroom closets redone, cabinets added in two bathrooms over the toilet, cabinets over the Washer and Dryer, and large cabinets in the family room. This provided a lot more space in areas of our house that was really needed. It only took one day for the two installers to install all of the cabinets listed above. It looks great and has added value to our home. Classy Closets did a great job, they were very professional, what they installed looks great, and I would recommend them.
As a general contractor, I appreciate the quality of the people and product at Classy Closets. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and will continue to use and recommend them to my customers
