Clean Smart

I have been using this cleaners for years. One time my pants were not creased and they fixed it immediately and have never had any issues since. I am surprised at the complaints about pricing. In my experience, they are very reasonable, low even.

The website clearly states they have laundry service. When I went in for laundry, the rude attending just told me not undergarments. I removed them from my bag and then she proceeded to check me out for dry cleaning. I did not realize until I got the ticket. I asked her if she could do laundry and she said no. I told her there website says laundry service and that she did not make it clear there was dry cleaning only. Was extremely rude, not transparent and wasted half an hour of my time. I will never go back.

Javier and the team saved my graduation dress! When laying everything out the night before I noticed some stains and had a panic - my boyfriend found clean smart and talked to the owner, explaining our situation over the phone. Javier and the team were more than accommodating, assuring us they’d have my dress ready by 11am after a 6PM drop off- these people are insane!!. The team worked their magic and the dress was pristine and ready the day of graduation! I can’t thank this team enough for pulling this off. They turned a potentially disastrous situation into a positive one. Thank you to the team and looking forward to using them in the future!

I brought my hubbys long coat for dry cleaning last Thursday and they charged me $10. I was thinking they must do an exceptional job, but that was not the case. The coat still had lint balls and looked unclean.

Staff is friendly. One of my shirts was returned to me stained out of the 6.

Have been using this cleaners for years, but consistency has definitely been lacking the last 8-12 months. Issues include shirts returned wrinkled, uneven presses and shirt buttons regularly pulled or ripped off. Recently had a shirt sleeve that very clearly had been snagged and ripped. Owner and "manager" were incredibly rude and aggressive, refused to take any accountability and even lied about laundering the shirt at all. Will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

Recently started using this dry cleaner and so far it has been a great experience. Owner is very nice and all my shirts / suits have been dry cleaned well. Fairly priced too. Highly recommend Clean Smart!

There are many dry cleaners in town but I love the personal feel I get when coming her. I feel like everyone knows me. They always call or text to notify me if there is a change in the originally quoted pricing and explain why. They always have all of my clothes ready and has not messed up any of my clothes. The management is very understanding and work with you to come up with a solution that is fair for everyone.

I have gotten multiple floor length dresses, cocktail dresses, and coats cleaned here. So far, no issues and nice jobs. They actually would not clean an anthropology dress due to the material. They stated that the material does not do well being dry cleaned. I appreciated the forewarning vs trying and hurting it

Similar experience with the low rating reviewers. The quality was not being consistent. In the last two years, I had one shirt sleeve being torn, one trench coat button broke, another two shirts also missing buttons when they come back. In one of the case, they tried to cover it saying the coat was not ready, but I press on and someone admit there's problem. I don't like the way they deal with stuff as well, the owner will keep harass you once you left a negative review and the service over the counter was horrible, even they made the mistake at first. Even worse then what Sue has described, they even tried to charge me with the clothes they broke.
