The women on the photo was closing pharmacy before 1:30 for lunch break. I was waiting before 1:30 to buy medication but nobody was there. After my “ hello” the pharmacy was automatically closing window. I had to wait until 2 pm , when there were opening again. Like I said before lunch break supposed to be between 1:30-2 pm and I was there before 1:30. Horrible stuff at this pharmacy, not kind, rude. Not recommended.
One of the main issues I encountered was a lack of clear signage and organization within the store. I found myself wandering around the aisles, trying to locate specific items without much luck. It would be helpful if CVS could improve the layout of their stores and make it easier for customers to find what they are looking for. Another issue I experienced was with the checkout process. The line was quite long, and there were only a few cashiers working at the time. It took me a long time to check out, which was frustrating as I was in a hurry. It would be great if CVS could hire more staff or improve their checkout process to make it faster and more efficient. Overall, my experience at CVS could have been much better. If CVS could improve their store layout and checkout process, it would make for a much more pleasant shopping experience. I hope that CVS takes customer feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to improve the experience for all of their customers.
Management needs real work. On February 8, 2023 employees were complaining out loud during the hiring event. I don't blame them. It was completely inappropriate and unprofessional for the set up they have done. Manager Fatemh was eating a chocolate bar and taking candidates one by one wasting people time. Unacceptable. This CVS can use all the help it can get for customer service.
My experience at CVS had been really good the one at 7th Avenue and Christopher street.. and an employee there named Joshua, he is always very kind, helpful and he is always such a nice guy so I give him a 10 out of 10.. I am very happy with the store and the employees it's always been great in my opinion. Thank you always keep up the good work.
The problem I had was there is a designated roped off line for cashier, but they had everyone waiting on a single line outside the roped area for both cashier and machine check out. This line blocked passage in and out of the store. They should have the line for cashier separate and the customers waiting for machines waiting by the machines.
Dirty, insane prices and nastiest pharmacist blonde. Purposely puts up wall where drop offs/vaccine check ins are so she doesn’t have to speak to customers. Absolutely unacceptable
The hours of operation are clearly marked on the door as closing at midnight. It is 11:15pm and the doors are locked. The employees are laughing inside, making fun of the fact that multiple people are outside and upset that they are closed.
Pharmacy denied my Good RX coupon because there was a line of 3 people behind me.
The staff used to be so nice at this CVS until a few months ago as a result of a change in line management. Overtly rude and sluggish managers set the tone for the staff at this location. There still are decent staff employed in this Christopher street branch, but most of the nicer, better employees no longer work in this location. Additionally, their inventory is spotty. Email surveys are sent out after making a purchase, and if the review you give is unsatisfactory, the store manager sends out a canned email asking to speak with you, but despite providing them my contact information, the store manager does not follow through.
Worst pharmacy ever. Jan 6th my doctor calls in a prescription while I am in her office. Walk to CVS and they claim it not there yet but wait 1o minutes for it to hit their system. 15 minutes later, they claim its still not there. Call doctor and she calls it in again. 30 minutes later, they're claiming not to have received it. As I'm walking out of CVS, I get an automated call telling me I can pick up my prescription on Jan. 12th. Had dr call Rite Aid with prescription and it was being filled when I arrived. I'll never go to CVS again.
