They took such care of my coat. This was my first visit and they called me with a concern and wanted my ok before proceeding. They cared! I love the chance to receive a discount if I could answer a trivia question lol. I guessed wrong but I will always remember a group of alligators is called a beck haha
I had a zipper replaced in a Patriot's Jacket. They did a very good job, and it was ready when I went in to pick it up.
Very nice people... they've even got fun trivia up on the whiteboard!
