Completely ridiculous. I waited for 2 and a half hours with a severe kidney infection and they made me wait due to my condition “not being too severe”. I was hospitalized for 3 days because of this condition. DO NOT COME HERE. They do not care for their patients.

World class care!!! Excellent, compassionate and professional care!!! My husband needed acute cardiac intervention and they took care of us, and coordinated aftercare, they are very personable and make you feel calm and safe!!!! Will always go back and drive the extra miles!!!!

Hours and hours of everyone not giving answer. Scene a nurse who thought it might be dehydration, yet where Has she been for the last hour? Called the nurse button for wAter and eventually they said we'll tell the nurse but yet still no where to be found. ER Is not like the rest of Cleveland clinic for sure.

Janet casper is there.Drs and Nurses have been awsome. Drs. Are trying to get mom better with a very rare HUS. She is in a great place. Hope we will get her better.
