Client Preference Community Professionals

As soon as our HOA company changed to them, there has been a proposal to increase our HOA dues by 125%. No matter what the justification is that can't be right. Wondering why our community decided to go with them.

Paul and Denyse Countryman are very difficult to work with. Basic questions turn into combative conversations. Talking with other residents they have had the same type of experience. Does this company client preference really know how badly these two are representing them?

Totally unprofessional. They like to run meetings but really don't care about your community.

Non responsive and uncommunicative. Park Hill Village is currently under litigation and there has been zero communication with any of the residents. I currently tried to sell my property and neither them or the lawyer will get back to me so no seller could get a conventional loan. Complete nightmare.
