My husband & I lost a baby recently. We went into Cliffords today with no appointment, just looking for some information. We spoke with Jim. In all the "professional" people we have had to talk to through this experience he was the most helpful & understanding. He was very tactful & respectful. He answered our questions, even the ones we didn't think to ask. He laid out all our options for us & really seemed to empathize with our situation. This was one of the hardest steps we had to take in this process but Jim made it also one of the most helpful. My husband I left the meeting comforted, understood & relived. We would highly recommend Cliffords Funeral Home to anyone experiencing loss & in need of answers to those kinds of questions they never thought they would have to ask.
