Very happy. They were able to see me for a very short notice and time sensitive reproductive service. The environment was very welcoming and comfortable. I had to bring my two kids with me and everyone was very pleasant. Wonderful service, very professional, and just pleasant all around experience. I would definitely recommend. I’ve been at cliftwood for over 2 years now. My extended family also goes to cliftwood and that’s how I was able to find out about them. To say they’re amazing is an understatement. I’ve cried tears of sorrow, joy, desperation there and the office staff as well as the doctors and techs have always listened and assisted in areas where I could not when it comes to my fur babies. Whenever I’ve had an issue with my pets, I’ll call and they’ll always find a way to see me whether that’s squeezing me in for a drop off appointment or seeing me in a room. Whenever I’ve had a pet emergency after hours that require a vet hospital, like blue pearl, I’ll have a staff member, typically Rebecca, calling me asking me if everything is okay afterwards. That level of sincerity is a rarity. With a heavy heart, our family has moved to a different area but we will always treasure the experience we’ve had at CAH. We’ve had so many services there, check ups, biopsies, neutering, reproductive services, non-emergency visits. They’ve been so key on making me understand everything and emailing and updating me. Thank you CAH from the bottom of our hearts! We Tom, Jerry, Jax as well as humans love you!

Cliftwood AH was able to schedule my dog quickly. She is a recent rescue and still very nervous around people. Dr Kestle and her staff were very kind, calm and supportive, making this trip to the vet very uneventful for her. I appreciate their kindness so much.

Everybody was so amazing, kind and helpful. My dog Izzy couldn’t walk, so they carried her to and from the car. I had been in the emergency vet with her all night and was told there that she would need to be admitted and get very invasive tests that would cost $7000. My intuition told me this wasn’t right, and a friend of mine had recommended Cliftwood to me previously. I called them after hours to request an appointment. They called me the minute they opened and squeezed me right in. I cannot say enough about Dr. Kelly. He turned an extremely difficult situation around by being so kind and attentive to my Izzy, and so encouraging towards me that she would get better. And she absolutely did!! I came in in tears, and left with a happy heart. Hands down best vet experience I have ever had. Thank you all so much!

Dr. Kestle always takes her time to look over both of my senior dogs during their annual visits. She is very gentle with them and respectfully listens to any concerns we have. I would highly recommend Cliftwood Animal Hospital!

Compassion in care - we look for it for ourselves and for our animals. In this, Cliftwood Animal Hospital exceeds expectations! From the front desk to the techs to Dr. Kestle herself, everyone genuinely cares and readily answers questions/concerns.

We LOVE Dr. Kestle and her staff. She's very knowledgeable in handling primitive spitz breeds, makes the dogs feel comfortable, she listens when the owners speak up about their animals, and has given us an A++ experience every time we go. The office is clean, the equipment is clean, it's never crowded. We're in and out super fast, no long waits, my dog doesn't get overly stressed during her check-ins, and her prices are extremely fair. I drive all the way from Lawrenceville through rush hour traffic to come see her because she understands our needs, has never pressured us to spay when I explained that my dog is a conformation/performance/co-own, and is always lovely to work with.

5/5 STARS! After several recommendations from close friends and fellow dog breeders I decided to use Dr. Kestle at Cliftwood. I am SO glad I did! She was able to get a successful pregnancy by surgical implantation. It was a great experience with the staff of Cliftwood and Dr. Kestle. THANK YOU!
