Cloud 9 Professional Cleaning Services

Edit: The owner says we were too hard on “the poor girls who do the cleaning”… maybe train them to actually clean. I am not being picky, they did a terrible job if they were really cleaning for ten hours. The photos speak for themselves. We used Cloud9 for a move out clean after our tenants moved out. We intended to hire them for a four hour clean as what was advertised on their website to get some of the worst cleaning done and then we would finish the rest. There was some miscommunication and they ended up sending multiple cleaners and charged me for 10 hours of cleaning. They did refund some of the 10 hours but even what they charged me was too much considering the quality of the job. The cleaners were instructed to focus on cleaning the kitchen and the bathrooms. It looked like they spent 20 minutes on each bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen cabinets, backsplash, appliances were all still dirty. The cleaner told me she spent 2 hours cleaning the kitchen which is shocking considering it’s like 15 sqft. I’m really confused what they spent their time doing given that this house is only 1500 sqft and they did not clean the floors. For 10 hours of cleaning, I would expect my house to be sparkling clean.

We have been using Cloud 9 for carpet cleaning and window washing for years and they consistently do a great job! Josh is great to work with, always on time and is very thorough!

Cloud Nine does a great job with carpet cleaning and windows. They are responsive and communicate well. I have used them several times and wouldn't hesitate to continue their services.

Superior customer service, along with superior work. Had the ducts cleaned in my new house and had all the windows washed. Felt like an even newer house when the technician was finished. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Cloud 9. They felt like family.

Great work from these folks Cloud 9! We do not use or spend money on any other Professional Cleaning Services. The owners are very professional, courteous and thorough. My family has depended on them for nearly three years due to their excellent work and breadth of understanding when it comes to their customers' expectations, needs. Recently APR 11, 2024: Joshua came out to clean two huge rugs and the carpet on the third floor of our home...He was confident in his work Joshua and did not rush...everything he cleaned looked better than expected, Thank you Joshua Cloud 9. Recently APR 17, 2024: Luce came out for House Cleaning Services four hours. She Was confident, communicative, and proud of her work. Again, we were thankful about the work ethic presented throughout the four-hour cleaning window. We look forward to continuing to work with Cloud 9. I’ve been using Cloud9 for carpet, upholstery and vent cleaning for a number of years and am always impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They’ve been able to remove old stains that other cleaners have not been able to remove. Recommend them highly!

Cloud 9 has repeatedly provided excellent service and awesome customer service. The flexibility in scheduling and ease in choosing the exact services needed is quite valuable.

I would not recommend for a deep clean. They do a quick wipe down well enough but I still needed to redo all my bathrooms as they missed the bases of the toilets. I also needed to redo my cabinets as there was food and finger prints still all over them. The backsplash in the kitchen still had food that needed to be scrubbed off. It appeared as though they quickly wiped everything but any part that took extra scrubbing did not get that attention.

These guys are great! Very easy to work with. Will definitely continue to use them! I had my sofa and an area rug cleaned. So happy the way they turned out!
